1. What this is

9toVibe ("we," "us," "the platform") is a product of 9toVibe Co. These terms govern your use of 9tovibe.com and all related services. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. One account per person. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

3. Your content and ownership

You retain full ownership of everything you create on the platform: your catalog entries, split sheets, profile content, and any other creative or business data you add. We do not claim any rights to your music, your masters, your recordings, or your intellectual property.

You grant us a limited license to display your public profile content (stage name, bio, featured track, stats) to anyone who visits your profile URL. This license ends when you delete your account or remove the content.

4. The 9 Artist Guarantees

Our 9 Artist Guarantees are core operating principles we hold ourselves to. Specifically:

  • 1Your music stays yours. We never claim ownership of your masters, recordings, or creative work.
  • 2Your data stays private. We never sell your personal information or share your catalog data without your consent.
  • 3Your earnings are transparent. When we handle your money, there are no hidden fees and no surprise deductions.
  • 4Your catalog is never hostage. Export your data and leave anytime. No penalties.
  • 5Your growth is never punished. Pricing is always upfront. Early believers benefit most.
  • 6Your music is never removed without explanation. No silent takedowns.
  • 7Your release, your schedule. We will never stand between you and your audience.
  • 8Your splits are honored. Every collaborator gets credited exactly as agreed.
  • 9Human creativity comes first. AI supports your art, never replaces it. Your music is never used to train AI without your explicit permission.

5. AI features

The Sync Advisor feature uses third-party AI models to provide guidance and suggestions. AI responses are informational, not legal or financial advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. Your conversations with the Sync Advisor are not shared with other users.

6. Platform intellectual property

While you own your content (Section 3), the 9toVibe platform itself, including its source code, algorithms, AI system prompts, user interface design, brand identity, documentation, and proprietary methodologies, is the exclusive intellectual property of 9toVibe Co. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, reproduce, or create derivative works of any platform component. "9toVibe," the 9V monogram, "Verified Human," "Sync-Ready," and all associated branding are proprietary marks of 9toVibe Co.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use 9toVibe to upload content you do not have the rights to. Do not impersonate other artists. Do not attempt to manipulate split sheets or ownership records fraudulently. Do not abuse, exploit, or interfere with the platform or other users' accounts. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Data portability

You can export your data at any time. If you delete your account, we will provide a full export of your catalog, split sheets, and profile data within 7 business days upon request. After account deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

9. Cancellation

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. There are no cancellation fees, no lock-in periods, and no penalties. Everything you built on the platform belongs to you and can be exported before deletion.

10. Limitation of liability

9toVibe is provided "as is." We work hard to keep the platform reliable, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or that the service will be error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
