Privacy Policy

The short version: We collect what we need to run the platform. We never sell your data. Your catalog and creative work belong to you. You can export everything and delete your account at any time.

1. What we collect

Account information: Email address, stage name, and password (hashed, never stored in plain text).

Profile data: Role, journey stage, PRO status, bio, and featured track URL. You choose what to share publicly.

Catalog and business data: Song entries, split sheets, collaborator information, and checklist progress. This data is private by default.

AI conversations: Messages you send to the AI Manager are processed in real-time and not stored permanently. Conversations exist only for your current session.

Usage data: Basic analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the product. No tracking pixels, no ad networks.

2. How we use your data

  • •To provide AI-powered guidance through the AI Manager (your profile context is sent to generate relevant responses)
  • •To send you important account notifications (never marketing spam)
  • •To improve the platform based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns

3. What we never do

  • •Share your catalog data, split sheets, or business information without your consent
  • •Use your music or creative work to train AI models
  • •Run targeted advertising or share data with ad networks
  • •Track you across the web

4. Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted services to operate the platform:

Supabase: Database and authentication. Your data is stored in Supabase-managed PostgreSQL with row-level security. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Vercel: Hosting and deployment. Serves the application with edge caching for performance.

Anthropic: AI model provider for the AI Manager feature. Your profile context is sent per-session to generate relevant responses. Anthropic does not use these inputs to train their models (per their API terms).

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: authentication session tokens required for the platform to function. No analytics cookies, no marketing cookies, no third-party tracking cookies.

6. Your rights

Access: You can view all your data in your dashboard at any time.

Export: You can request a full export of your data at any time.

Correction: You can update your profile, catalog, and split data directly in the platform.

Deletion: You can delete your account from Settings. All personal data is permanently removed within 30 days of deletion.

Portability: Your data is yours. You can take it with you. No lock-in, no penalties, no hostage situations.

7. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregate data (e.g., total platform usage stats) may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be linked back to you.

8. Children

9toVibe is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will notify you via email at least 14 days before changes take effect. The updated policy will be posted here with a new effective date.
